My scores aren't showing on the leaderboard.+
Open the in-game options and make sure “Submit scores to leaderboards” is turned on. Scores only count from validated online runs — offline runs and practice mode (score submission off) don't earn rankings or XP. Also confirm you're signed in through Steam.
How do I hide myself from the leaderboards?+
Turn on “Private profile” in the options. You'll be hidden from all public leaderboards and profiles while still earning XP, levels, and achievements.
Why didn't my run earn any XP?+
XP is only awarded for validated online runs with score submission enabled. Offline runs and practice mode don't count toward progression. The Daily Challenge pays a 50× XP bonus.
Can I get my data or have it deleted?+
Yes. Email us from a verifiable address with your Steam profile or SteamID to request a copy, correction, or deletion of the data tied to your account. We action verified requests within a reasonable period.
I found a bug or my progress looks wrong.+
Email support with a short description, what you were doing, and a screenshot if you have one. Include your SteamID and the difficulty/mode where it happened so we can reproduce it.
How do I report a cheater?+
Email support with the player's name, the board they appear on (difficulty and season, or the daily date), and any details. We can remove cheaters and abusive accounts from all boards.
When emailing us, please include
- Your Steam profile link or SteamID
- The game mode and difficulty (Speed / Word) involved
- A clear description of what happened and what you expected
- A screenshot or short clip, if relevant
